Drs. Abney and Hill began their practice in the 1970's as the only prosthodontists with specialty training in greater Atlanta.

When their office opened their treatment goals consisted of three simple but important components:

1. Make the patient's mouth healthy.
2. Design a dental restoration that provided efficient chewing and allowed natural speech.
3. Create a dental treatment with the aesthetics and total appearance that gave the patient a natural and happy smile.

While maintaining these goals, their practice has evolved from conventional twentieth century dental procedures to participating in the digital age of virtual dental treatment. CAD/CAM technology permits digital imaging to replace conventional crown and bridge impressions, while CAT SCANS allow computerized minimally invasive implant surgeries immediately loaded with artificial bridges.

Today their philosophy of patient care remains unchanged but computerized technology has dramatically changed their delivery of dental care.
